Thank you for considering our school for your child’s educational journey! Our enrollment process is designed to ensure each child and family aligns with our school’s values and educational environment. Please review the steps below:
1. Submit an Online Inquiry Form
2. Schedule a Family Interview and School Tour
- After submitting the Inquiry Form, our admissions team will arrange a Family Interview and School Tour. This session helps us understand your child’s learning style, strengths, and support needs to ensure that our school is the right fit.
- Family Interview: During this interview, we will discuss our expectations, answer any questions, and learn more about your family’s educational goals and values.
3. Student Screening and Special Needs Review (if applicable)
- Following the interview, your child will participate in an Informal Academic Assessment as part of our screening process. This assessment will help us understand your child’s current academic level and identify any areas where additional support might be beneficial.
- If your child requires specific accommodations, a Special Needs Review will also be conducted. We have limited spots for students needing additional support, which depends on the resources and aids currently available.
- This screening process helps us determine if our school environment aligns well with your child’s academic and support needs.
4. Admissions Decision
- After the interview and any necessary screenings, our admissions team will review the application and determine if our school environment aligns well with your child’s needs.
- Acceptance Notification: Families will receive an email with the admissions decision within two weeks of the interview. Upon acceptance, you will receive an enrollment package to complete the process.
- Waitlist Notification: If a spot is not available, you will be placed on a waitlist and notified promptly of any changes.
5. Submit Enrollment Deposit and Curriculum Fee
- Upon acceptance, families are required to submit a non-refundable enrollment deposit within 5 days to secure the child’s spot.
- For students enrolling in kindergarten through 5th grade, a separate curriculum fee will also be required. Please note that the deposit and curriculum fee are non-refundable and will not be credited toward the first month’s tuition.
- Completing this step secures your child’s enrollment at our school.
6. Complete the Enrollment Package
- After submitting the deposit and curriculum fee, families must complete the Enrollment Package, which includes submitting medical records, required documents, and the signed parent agreement and tuition forms.
7. Welcome and Orientation
- Once the enrollment is finalized, families will be invited to a School Orientation before the school year begins. This session will introduce you to our team, cover school policies, and prepare your child for a great start.
